PRICING
All goods offered for sale through our website are priced in
Pounds Sterling.
Customs & import duties are not included. The customer
is solely responsible for payment of any surcharges. (Please
check with your local Customs & Excise office for any
duties that may have to be paid). If for any reason these
charges are charged back to us, we will deduct these charges
from your credit card, you will be notified before we do
this.
Our payment method is via PayPal who accept all major credit
cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
DELIVERY
All in stock orders will be dispatched via Parcelforce within
4 working days. Out of stock orders will be dispatched within
7 working days. If any delay occurs beyond this time frame
you will be notified as soon as possible. You will also
be given the option to cancel the order with a full refund.
You may email us to get your parcel number, which will allow
you to track its progress. Please let us know if you do
not receive your item(s).
RETURNS
All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. We will
do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with
your purchase. If the goods are damaged in-transit or faulty,
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. We request
that you then return the goods to us in their original packaging
- postage will be reimbursed. On receipt, you will be given
the option to have the product replaced at no additional
charge, or to have a full refund. This does not affect your
statutory rights.

are of the highest quality. However, should you need to

very best to deal with any complaint to your satisfaction.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England . All Contracts
made between happycarrot.co.uk and the Customer shall
be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein
shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
